Dry tomatoes

Precious San Marzano tomatoes, particularly a low-watery variety with a consistent skin immersed in carefully selected and refined oils. The drying period in the sun, in optimal climatic conditions, is about eight days and they are harvested from the end of June to the beginning of August. They enrich the dishes with their intense and appetizing taste and, thanks to the nutritional properties, they are good for your health.

They are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The dehydration process eliminates water, but allows tomatoes to be preserved for a long time without losing their flavor and even making it stronger.
