White truffle carpaccio

These delicious Lamella, called "Carpaccio", are produced exclusively from fresh seasonal truffles. The internal grain and ripening guarantee the same sensation you get when tasting fresh truffles.

The sterilization treatment to which the jars are subjected changes the color of the vein in the Carpaccio, which is generally white in fresh truffles, and makes it uniform to the color of the truffle pulp.
